• Respect for the Premises: Please treat the villa and its furnishings with respect. Any damage or loss of items will be charged.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Ashtrays are available outside for your use.
• Peace and Quiet: Please respect the peace and quiet of the property, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
• Cleaning: Our housekeeping team will take care of daily cleaning. If you have any specific requests, please let us know.

Between 59 and 42 days before arrival: the full deposit amount
41 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay remains due
